When an uncharted fiber‑optic line was discovered in the center of the main elevator foundation, the project faced a potential four‑plus‑week delay. Universal Forming completely revised our sequencing and logistics to keep work moving, cutting the net schedule impact to roughly one week. The project also included architecturally exposed concrete. Through extensive preplanning and a well-executed QA/QC program, Universal Forming, Inc. delivered a consistent, high-quality architectural finish that met the design intent.
