ENCORE
Encore is a 21 level mixed use building located in Tampa, FL with retail, parking, office
space, amenities, and multifamily residential units. Making this structure slightly unusual
was each use area had its own unique finishes and specifications. To achieve a high
quality end product, we created a detailed QA/QC program specifically for the project.
With varying structural systems Universal Forming, Inc. used an array of forming systems to
build the tower efficiently and safely all while completing the structure early.
