FIS is a global leader in financial technology with over 170 office locations in more than 37 countries.
This 13-story, 380,000 sf office building was designed as a reinforced concrete beam and slab system. UFI utilized skip joist reconditioned pan formwork versus a conventionally formed beam and slab layout, which saved the project a significant amount of time and money. The project also had a very complicated glass curtain wall exterior finish, where the graduated slab edges and embeds had to be installed with precision. From the beginning of pile caps, the project was topped out in 42 weeks – far exceeding the General Contractor’s schedule expectations.
