From humble beginnings, Valencia College’s annual economic impact on the region has grown to more than $1 billion. Building 4 on the Osceola Campus was the largest building in the college’s system to-date, featuring 150,000 sf of classrooms, as well as science labs, a learning support center, the campus library, bookstore, and cafeteria. The four-story building has two wings joined by a large central atrium. Utilizing a stick frame system, UFI was able to construct an average of 3,000 sf per day.
