Madison Crossing is a seven-story senior living apartment building located in the vibrant NeoCity technology district of Kissimmee. The area is home to America’s only spaceport/seaport/airport/rail grouping, and is poised to become a catalyst for innovation. The apartment building includes 142,000 sf of elevated 8” post tensioned slabs. UFI utilized aluminum trusses to form the decks, enabling the team to achieve topping out of the project within 15 weeks from the start of foundations.
