The Marriott Downtown Orlando is nestled in the heart of the Central Business District and provides convenient access to attractions such as the Dr. Phillips Center for Performing Arts, Amway Arena, Tinker Field, and Walt Disney World Resort. UFI constructed the project on a very tight site, requiring extreme attention to detail in site logistics. The seven-story hotel encompasses 165,000 sf and was constructed using 8” elevated post tensioned slabs.
