This new Modera luxury apartment community is ideally located at the intersection of the Grand Central District, the Edge District, and the Warehouse Arts District in St. Petersburg, offering residents prime access to the best food, art, and culture that the city has to offer.

The community includes a 20-story high-rise tower, an 8-story mid-rise building, and a 6-story parking garage. Construction sequencing was a key challenge that UFI navigated by utilizing two separate crews to build both residential buildings simultaneously. With the high-rise building running on a 6-day cycle and the mid-rise building running on a 12-day cycle, both structures reached topping out at approximately the same time, followed by the completion of the parking garage. This carefully coordinated schedule allowed the team to meet the client’s critical path milestones.
