Located along Tampa Bay’s scenic Bayshore Drive, this luxury residential community includes a 30-story tower featuring 94 condominium homes, 12 separate townhome-style villas, as well as a 5-story parking garage. The project comprises 551,000 sf of elevated structure. The UFI team used tables to form the tower slabs and a combination of Ellis jacks and a scaffold system to form the slabs for the garage and townhomes. Designed by renowned architectural firm Arquitectonica and interior design boutique Meyer Davis, much of the concrete was exposed with various unique architectural finishes, requiring precise attention to detail from the UFI team.
