Lake Nona Town Center is a regional shopping and entertainment destination, where the community gathers to enjoy an indoor/outdoor lifestyle. UFI provided turnkey services for the seven-story hotel and a five-story parking garage.
The hotel structure has 8” post-tensioned flat slabs with transfer beams at the second level. The typical floor was 17,000 sf divided into two pours. Utilizing column hung tables for this structure, UFI was able to achieve an eight-day cycle from the third floor through the roof.

The parking 175,000 sf parking garage also included an additional 25,000 sf of speed ramps and was built using post tensioned beams and slabs.
